Analytics & Scans

Quantum SmartQR tracks scans and shows totals, trends, and, on paid plans, location and device insights. Location is estimated from the scanner's network and is shown as an area, not an exact physical location.

Home overview

Home shows a quick workspace overview: scan velocity, QR usage, recent events, top codes, and links to the full analytics page.

Analytics page

The Analytics page is the full workspace reporting area. It includes:

• Traffic trend - Scan volume over the selected range.
• Network area activity - Approximate location trends when your plan includes them.
• Device mix - Device, browser, and operating system breakdowns.
• Recent activity - Recent scan events with time, QR code, device, area (network), and bot signal.
• Export JSON - Available to workspace admins and platform owners only.

Per-code analytics

Open a QR code from QR Codes or the dashboard to view its detail page.

• QR code details - Destination URL, code ID, create/open actions, QR download, CSV export, analytics, and edit actions.
• Overview - Total scans, last scan time, created date, public code, scan URL, and share link information when enabled.
• Scan trend - Scans over time and unique visitors for the selected date range.
• Audience insights - Unique visitors, top country, most used device, device/browser summary, and top network areas when your plan includes that data.
• Recent scan events - Time, device/browser, area (network), and bot signal. Pagination appears when there are many events.

Basic vs advanced analytics

• Basic analytics - Total scans, last scan time, scan trend, and recent scan list. This is available on all plans.
• Advanced analytics - Country, area (network), device, and browser breakdowns. City-level data can be approximate, especially on mobile networks.

Buttons and controls

• Range - Choose 7, 30, 90, or 180 days.
• Export CSV - Download scan events for a QR code and selected period.
• Export JSON - Download raw workspace trend data when you are a workspace admin or platform owner.
• Share - Generate a read-only analytics link for a QR code.
• Refresh status - Refresh scan count and status on preview QR result pages.
