Getting Started

Welcome to Quantum SmartQR. This guide walks you through creating an account, finding the main app areas, and creating your first QR code.

Create an account

1. Go to Sign up and enter your email address.
2. Submit the form. We send a verification link to your email.
3. Open the email and click the verification link. It may expire after a set time.
4. Set your password and create or join a workspace.
5. Sign in from the Sign in page.

Try a preview QR without signing in

You can create a preview QR code without an account from the Preview QR page. Preview codes expire and have scan limits. To keep the QR and get full analytics, sign up and use the email claim link on the preview page.

Home

After signing in, you typically land on Home. Home is a workspace overview with scan activity, QR usage, recent events, and next actions.

• Create QR opens the QR creation flow when your plan has room for another QR.
• Open Analytics opens the full analytics page for deeper reporting.
• Manage Codes opens your QR list.
• Plan details appears when limits need attention.

Create your first trackable QR code

1. From Home or the sidebar, click Create QR.
2. Enter a destination URL such as https://yoursite.com. Only http and https URLs are supported.
3. Optionally add a friendly name so you can find the QR later.
4. Use the designer tabs to choose templates, style, badge text, logo, options, and redirect rules when your plan allows them.
5. Click Create QR code. The result page shows the QR image, scan URL, destination, download actions, and analytics.

Where to find your QR codes

• My QR Codes lists all QR codes. Search, edit, disable, or delete them.
• Analytics shows workspace-level reporting and exports.
• Home shows the workspace summary and recent activity.

Navigation

When signed in, the main navigation includes:

• Home - Workspace overview.
• Create QR - Create a managed QR code or review plan limits when capped.
• My QR Codes - List and manage QR codes.
• Analytics - Full reporting, charts, exports, and scan events.
• Logo Library - Manage reusable logos for QR designs.
• Settings - Profile, security, integrations, reports, privacy, and plan usage.
• Help Center and Contact Support - Find help or open a ticket.
